Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday –> 6:15am (by request only) ~ 11:30am ~ 4:00pm ~ 5:00pm ~ 6:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Friday –> 9:00am (Regular CF WOD) and 3:00pm (On-Ramp)
All classes are scheduled for one hour and supervised by a certified CrossFit trainer. If one of the above times will not work for you, please let us know. Our hours may be flexible enough to accomodate your needs. If you’re late, no sweat. Just plan on being in a follow-on group if time permits.
If no athletes show up within 15 minutes of the above time, expect the gym to be closed for that session.
Fees vary depending on your status/choices as follows:
- $100 per month for unlimited classes
- $80 per month for armed forces, law enforcement, or fire/rescue personnel
- $60 for a 10-WOD punch card
Discounts curently available:
- Partner Plan – Sign up with a friend for $5 off each month.
- Recruitment Discount - Bring in additional athletes to receive an additional discount to your monthly fees as long as they remain members!
- White Buffalo Discount – Every month all athletes will be graded by the number of athletes they can beat. Highest scoring male and female athletes get the next month free!
