Warm-Up:

50 reps, Double Unders
10-15 reps, Pass Through
10-15 reps, Horizontal Arm Swings
10 reps, Squats
15-30 seconds, Samson Stretch
8-12 reps, Ring Dips
10-15 seconds, Dead Hang from Bar
10 seconds each side, Cross-Body Arm Stretch
10 reps each leg, Leg Swings

WOD:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 12 minutes of:
50 Squats
30 Push-ups
15 Pull-ups
