Warm-Up:

Jog 400m
10-15 reps, Pass Throughs
10-15 reps, Roll to Candle Stick
10-15 reps, Single Arm Circles (Forward and Backward)
Shoulder Mobility
2 reps of up to 10 sec, German Hang

WOD:

“Death by Pull-Ups”

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    16 and 13 Rx’d PR :) I think I could have finished the round of 17 and maybe another round if I didn’t feel like such crap. Next time! :)
