30 Squat Jumps (Over loaded barbell)

30 Box Jumps (24/20″)
15 Push-Ups
30 Plyo-Lunges
15 Push-Ups
30 Squats

    07.05. Don`t know if it counts when i did it at home. Didnt have a box to jump on, so used my couch instead.
