10-15 reps, Push-Up
5 reps of 25 feet, Overhead Walk with at least 65/45 pounds
10-15 reps, Pass Through
10-15 reps, PVC Thruster
10 reps, 30″/24″ Box Jump
2-3 reps, 135/95 pound Front Squat
2-3 reps, 135/95 pound Push Press

WOD:

For time:
135 pound Thruster, 15 reps
Run 200 meters
95 pound Thruster, 20 reps
Run 400 meters
65 pound Thruster, 30 reps
Run 800 meters
