5-10 reps, Pull-Up
3-5 reps, Kneel-Stand
10-15 reps, Seated Toe Touch
10-15 reps, Shoulder Bridge
3 reps each side, Scorpion Stretch
3 reps each side for 5 seconds, Leg Crossover
10-15 reps, Leg Swings
10 reps each Leg, Walking Lunge

WOD:

“Nicole”

Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

Run 400 meters
Max rep Pull-ups

Post number of pull-ups completed for each round. Compare to 20120403.
